Customer Reviews
Great coffee, fast shipping
Needed to restock my coffee beans. Volcanica Coffee had a good selection. Ordered the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. It arrived quickly, well-packaged. Brews a really nice cup every morning. Definitely happy with the quality. Will order from here again when I run low.
Not the best experience
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my order from Volcanica Coffee. I got some beans a few weeks back, and the delivery took way longer than they said it would. Like, seriously long. When they finally showed up, the packaging was a bit beat up too, which wasn't great to see. The coffee itself was... okay. Nothing special, especially after all that waiting. I mean, I expected more for the price. Not sure I'd bother ordering from them again, to be honest.
Decent, but I've seen better consistency
I've been ordering from Volcanica Coffee for a while now, probably my fifth or sixth time. The main reason I keep coming back is their selection – they genuinely have some unique beans you don't find everywhere else, which is a plus. But honestly, the experience is a bit mixed. Some orders arrive super fresh and the coffee is amazing, exactly what I expect. Then there are other times where it feels a bit… stale? Not terrible, just not that vibrant aroma and taste I've come to associate with them. Shipping is usually pretty reliable, no major screw-ups there. I just wish the quality was more consistent across all my orders. It's good enough to keep me returning for those occasional perfect bags, but it's not a five-star experience every time.
So disappointed, honestly
Oh my gosh, I was SO excited to finally try Volcanica Coffee! Everyone raves about them, right? As a digital nomad, I'm always on the hunt for that PERFECT cup to fuel my adventures, and I thought this would be IT. I ordered a couple of different single-origin bags, thinking I'd found my new go-to. But wow, when they arrived... I brewed them up with such high hopes, and honestly, it was just... flat. Like, really, really flat. No vibrant notes, no exciting aromas, just kind of a dull, stale taste. I tried different brewing methods, adjusted my grind, everything! I even thought maybe it was my water, but other beans I had were tasting great. It felt like I got a bad batch or something. I'm just so bummed out, I really wanted to love these. Definitely not the exciting coffee experience I was dreaming of. Not sure I'll be rushing back, which is a HUGE surprise for me!
Not worth the price, honestly
I was really hoping to find a good deal on coffee beans, especially with all the talk about 'premium' and 'gourmet' everywhere. Volcanica Coffee popped up, and I checked out their site. Saw some decent-looking bags but the prices? Way too high. I waited for a sale, thinking I'd snag a discount code or something, but nothing really made a dent. Ended up buying a small bag just to try, thinking maybe the quality would justify it. Nope. It was just... coffee. Nothing special enough to warrant paying double what I'd spend at my local grocery store, even for their 'fancy' stuff. Felt like I paid for the marketing more than the actual coffee. Definitely not a budget-friendly option, and the value for money is just not there.
Good coffee, decent delivery
Finally decided to give Volcanica Coffee a try after seeing their ads a few times. I'm pretty particular about my morning brew, and I usually stick to a couple of local roasters. Ordered a bag of their Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and a Colombian Supremo. The website was straightforward, no issues finding what I wanted. Checkout was smooth enough, used PayPal. Delivery took about 5 business days, which is okay, not super fast but not agonizingly slow either. Everything arrived well-packaged, beans were fresh, you could smell them through the bag. The Ethiopian was definitely the standout for me, really bright and flavorful. The Colombian was solid too, a good everyday cup. My only small gripe is the shipping cost – felt a little high for just two bags of coffee. But honestly, the quality makes up for it. Will probably order again when I run out, especially for that Ethiopian.
Great coffee, fast delivery
First time ordering from Volcanica Coffee. I needed some good beans for my morning routine. The website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted quickly. Shipping was surprisingly fast, got my order in just a few days. The coffee itself is excellent, really fresh and flavorful. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Will be shopping here again.
A Bit of a Mixed Bag, But Still Good!
Okay, so I finally decided to try Volcanica Coffee after seeing their ads everywhere, and WOW, the excitement was real when my package arrived! The aroma when I opened the bag was absolutely divine – seriously, it filled my whole kitchen and smelled like pure coffee heaven! I got the Costa Rica Tarrazu, and the first few cups were just phenomenal, so rich and smooth. BUT, I gotta be honest, after about a week, the flavor started to feel a little... less vibrant? Maybe it's just my taste buds getting used to it, or perhaps I'm not storing it perfectly, but it didn't quite maintain that initial 'mind-blown' intensity. Still, it's really good coffee, just not consistently AMAZING for me. I'll definitely shop here again to try another blend, and I've already told my friend about them! So much potential!
Oh my gosh, the aroma!
Okay, so I finally decided to dive into Volcanica Coffee after hearing some buzz, and WOW! The moment I opened the bag of the Costa Rica Tarrazu, my kitchen was just filled with this incredible, rich aroma. It was like a little preview of coffee heaven! Brewing it was even better, seriously, the taste is just so smooth and vibrant. It's not a super dark roast, which I love, and it has this lovely bright finish. I only gave it 4 stars because the shipping took a tiny bit longer than I expected – like, maybe two extra days – but honestly, the coffee itself is totally worth the wait. I'm already eyeing my next bag! You guys have to try this!
Great value, especially with discounts!
Okay, so I'm always looking for a good deal, especially when it comes to something I use every day like coffee. Volcanica Coffee really impressed me. I found them when I was comparing prices online and noticed they had a pretty decent sale going on. Plus, I snagged a coupon code through a quick search, which made the whole order even sweeter. The Costa Rica Tarrazu I picked up tasted amazing, way better than my usual supermarket stuff, and honestly, the price per bag felt completely justified with the savings. It arrived quickly too, which is always a bonus. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and then some. Will absolutely be checking back for future offers!
